Nazis tried to control and win over youth through organizations Hitler Youth provided social clubs, holidays and sports clubs for young people in many ways it was very successful.

there was opposition groups also who rejected Nazis:

White RoseEdelweiss Pirates
Organized a youth group consisted of students who attended University of Munich
- Objective was to encourage others to resist and reject Nazi rule.

secretly distributed leaflets that revealed atrocities of Nazi regime including extermination of Jews on Eastern front.
eventually arrested in 1943 Hans and Sophie Scholl were executed
working class teenagers.
mocked Nazis regularly getting into fights with the Hitler Youth.
Some actively opposed Nazi regime especially in the later stages of WW1.

regime responded brutally including execution of 13 Edelweiss pirate leaders in cologne in 1944.
