Example: Can you trust source A about xxxx xxx xx xx xxxxxx xx xx x xxx Remember to refer to your issue question when judging whether it is reliable or not

First Paragraph: Source A is reliable/not reliable as source A says ”…” (inference based off content)

Second Paragraph: Source A is reliable/not reliable as it supported/not supported/disproved by Source {enter source Letter}. This is because Source {enter source Letter} says that ”…” (inference based off content) {this is assuming the source has strong evidence to disprove.} {you can use contradictions between the sources, peoples reactions etc.} this paragraph is known as your cross referencing paragraph

Concluding: Overall, Source A is reliable/not reliable due to the fact that it was Spoken by ”…….” {quote the Provenance here, and explain what makes it reliable or not, based on credibility of the person it was written by}

Example of reliable based on tone. if the tone is very apologetic and the person has done something wrong you can say it is reliable because his apologetic tone means he is trying to make amends +++

Can also use choice of words to support your answer

Example of proving/disproving based on Provenance

Important Note No matter which combination of paragraphs you do, you always have to do content first. ALWAYS

According to Mr. Sim, the main purpose of reliability questions is to see how you can judge whether a source is reliable or not from different perspectives

Note

Good way to check for reliability is also if the writer of source is critical about his own writing

PROVE ALSO FALLS UNDER RELIABILITY
